​​A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I am 45 years of age and am a proud father of 4 boys, Ernie 25, Jeromie 22, Troy 19, and Caleb 6. I have been married to my wonderful wife Belinda for 26 years. My hero was my father Ernesto Leal Sr., he raised me to be RESPECTFUL and to LOVE everyone! I have also raised my boys with the same concept and hope that they do the same with their sons and daughters.

I have had snakes for over 14 years now. I, like many others, started out with your normal Ball Python and became fascinated with the colors and characteristics of a RedTail Boa the first time I ever saw one in my local pet store and said to myself "I HAVE TO HAVE ONE!" After that day the rest was history. I went from owning 1 RTB to owning 30 within a few months with the help of many high end breeder friends. I would barter with them and make a logo, banner, business cards design in trade for a nice snake.

I tried breeding some of my snakes with failure for 2 years and in 2011 I hit 4 for 4 litters and went from 38 snakes to 180+ in just a few months. Breeding is A LOT of work and takes a lot of time and dedication, not to mention MONEY to house and feed all the babies. Selling them takes patience and a bit of salesmanship. It was rough but I was able to make a few extra dollars for my family.
